RMA Procedure

Occasionally, some items may be defective or develop a fault. Please follow the steps outlined below if you find any faulty products that you would like to return to us:


  • Please raise a Support Ticket in the Customer Support Portal (or otherwise contact us at support@technologytelecom.com if you are unable to access the Support Portal) to ensure that any troubleshooting steps have been completed;
  • Please ensure that the warranty period of the faulty goods is still valid (you may need to provide us with the serial number of the item);
  • Follow the link below and complete all parts of the RMA Request Form;

  • Email or Fax the form back to us at support@technologytelecom.com or Fax No. 01506433241;
  • An RMA number will be issued to you by email upon receipt of the completed form;
  • Return all goods to:
  • Technology Telecom Ltd, Unit 6A Nasmyth Court, Houston Industrial Estate, Livingston EH54 5EG.

  • All goods returned should be clearly labelled with the RMA number;
  • Please ensure that the goods are properly packed for transit;
  • All RMA numbers are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. Please return the items within 30 days;
  • You are advised to use registered mail or courier to allow easy tracking of your returned items.
  • Upon receipt of your returned items, we will arrange for the goods to be repaired or in case the goods irreparable, replaced with new ones. Eupac terms and conditions shall apply.
