SugarCRM Editions
Eupac offers all three editions of Sugar Commercial Open Source packages: Sugar Express, Sugar Professional and Sugar Enterprise editions, for businesses small or large.
- SugarCRM Express is the basic version of SugarCRM, with a user limit of up to 10 users. This is usually chosen by smaller organisations which wish to try out SugarCRM before upgrading to the SugarCRM Professional edition.
- SugarCRM Professional is the most widely used commercial edition due to its comprehensive features, including support for the mobile solution, workflow management, comprehensive report module, Quote module, and team security management. SugarCRM Professional edition is highly scalable with no maximum user limit.
- Sugar CRM Enterprise edition is more suitable for larger enterprises that require the scalability available from the Oracle database support this edition brings. Enterprise edition includes more advanced reporting, an off-line client, and a support portal module.
