They integrate with Microsoft Exchange and also support contact centre, ACD, IVR, video calls, text-to-speech announcements, call recording, and visual voice mail.
With the ability to use both SIP calls utilising a broadband, SDSL or leased line and standard analogue or digital lines we can build in a resilience to your system at the same time reducing your reliance on traditional line rentals. Utilising our own SIP network and no charges for SIP trunks helping drive down costs.
Last, every Vision IP comes with MONITORING included. With the press of one key you can attach to our monitoring centers . This allows our Engineers to constantly supervise and insure that your unit is running perfectly at all times. Should a problem occur, we proactively take care of it and discuss the findings with you. This is our commitment to the each customer.
With the inbuilt capacity of running 200 extensions and 120 voice channels you will not need to replace the core system ( some server upgrade may be required )
The software core of the system allows us to back up an exact copy of your system, with in stock back up servers we can reload the software onto a new server and dispatch next day to have you up and running with minimum downtime. Call divert can also be arranged and by simple programming of your handsets we can have you up and running the same day.
