HUD
HUDlite is a desktop tool that provides the users on your system the ability to manage calls, manage their presence, transfer calls, park calls, and much more.
It gives users company-wide visibility and information on the "presence" of every colleague, (even remote workers) making it easy to interact with one another via a single, simple interface via online and status and visibility. Also allowing instant text messaging between users. HUD is preinstalled on every edition of Trixbox, enabling one-touch control over the phone system, real-time visibility, and easy access to the people using it.

HUDlite client screen
The HUDlite client is where you control your own presence, transfer calls, park calls, view the status of the extensions within your company, and send instant messages. The HUDlite client is installed on each machine in the company.
Click to dial from Outlook
When you are in Microsoft Outlook, you can initiate a call to someone either from within your contacts or from your inbox if the sender's address is in your Outlook contacts.
Receving an inbound call
On an inbound call, the caller ID information is matched to the contacts in your Microsoft Outlook contacts. If there is a match, the caller's information is displayed in a call status box that appears on your screen.
